E-Commerce Website Redesign

A laser-cutting software company requested a website redesign to support new product launch, reduce costs by decreasing support staff burden, and improve license management and purchase experience.

The main challenge was to design an interface where users were able to answer their own questions and find resources to solve problems without needing to contact Support. We addressed this challenge by researching mental models through a usability study and creating intuitive user flows.
