Strategic Roadmap for Conversion

A prominent AI job-seeking platform turned career-building platform requested help to increase conversion rates, reduce customer churn and improve product offering. A comprehensive analysis was conducted and translated into a strategic roadmap of prioritized recommendations.

The main challenge was to seamlessly integrate AI features into user flows and increase user engagement with said features. To overcome this challenge, I prioritized transparency and simplicity by implementing UX changes that promoted user control to make the technology feel intuitive and non-intrusive.
